Despite this, due to its location on the banks of the Oba River, the area is a calm and peaceful one. The project is located in the Oba valley, which is vital for the climate of Alanya. The cool breeze blowing in from the sea during the day and the breeze blowing from the mountains to the sea at night provides a natural circulation for the area, meaning the iodine rich sea air and the oxygen rich are of the mountains can be felt.

Those living in the complex will have a safe, comfortable and luxurious standard of living. When the project was being designed, the operational phase was also taken into consideration, a reasonable maintenance fee was calculated and a project that will not require repairs or large expenses in the coming years was design.
